The Main Event is for one complete occasion outfit (£80). Back to Basics focuses on everyday wardrobe foundations (£195). The Holiday Edit plans a wardrobe for a 7 day trip (£295). For a different brief, The Bespoke Edit is quoted individually. These are styling fees; clothing and accessories are purchased separately.

Start with what feels good to wear and what does not. A few favourite outfits, colours you reach for and the things you find difficult can say more than a style label.

Absolutely. Tell Alice about your usual sizing, preferred fits, fabrics you enjoy and anything you would rather avoid. Comfort is part of the brief, not an afterthought.

As this is an online service, any key pieces you already own and want included need to be discussed with Alice before she creates your edit. Share photos or links in your questionnaire, along with their colour, fit and what you love about them.

No. Include the pieces you want to keep wearing, whether that is a favourite pair of jeans, a bag or shoes you already love. Your brief can build on those pieces.

Think about your plans, usual sizes, favourite outfits and shopping budget. For an occasion, include the dress code and date. For a holiday, include your destination, trip length and activities.

off the hanger. is an online personal styling service. You share your preferences through a style questionnaire, and Alice creates your personalised styling edit remotely. You can explore your edit and shop from home.

Your chosen package will define the styling scope: one occasion look, everyday foundations, a 7 day holiday wardrobe or a bespoke brief. Your styling edit will be delivered within 7–14 working days once payment and your completed style questionnaire are both received, with up to two rounds of amendments included. The Main Event includes one complete occasion outfit in a digital lookbook with shopping links. Back to Basics includes 10–12 recommended essentials and at least 10 outfit combinations, with shopping links and notes on reusing existing pieces. The Holiday Edit includes 7 daytime and 7 evening combinations for a 7 day trip, travel outfit suggestions, shopping links and a packing checklist. Pieces are repeated across looks. Bespoke deliverables and pricing are agreed before booking.

Your edit will be delivered within 7–14 working days once Alice has received both payment and your completed style questionnaire. The timeframe begins when the later of those two steps is complete.

Allow 7–14 working days once payment and your completed style questionnaire are both received, plus time to shop, try on outfits and request any amendments. Share your event or departure date before booking so Alice can confirm whether your deadline is achievable.

Once your lookbook has been delivered, every package includes up to two rounds of amendments to your original brief. Please request each amendment round by email within 48 hours of receiving that version of your lookbook, with changes grouped into one message. This request window does not limit your statutory rights if the service is not provided properly. Amendment requests are typically turned around within 5–7 working days. Share what you would like adjusted so Alice can refine the edit around your preferences. If you have an event or holiday deadline, flag it before booking.

Yes. The package fee covers styling. Clothes, shoes and accessories are extra, and your shopping budget should be set separately. There is no need to spend the same amount on clothing as on the styling service.

Please include both. Favourite retailers, preferred price ranges and any shopping preferences help make your brief more personal.

Retailer stock and sizing can change. Check the shop’s size guide and returns information before buying. The approach to replacement suggestions will be confirmed in the package details.

By bank transfer. Alice confirms availability, the package and total price, then emails her payment details. Your booking is confirmed once payment and your completed questionnaire are received.

Each styling edit is personally created around your brief. If you cancel after expressly requesting that work starts during your 14-day cancellation period, you may be charged proportionately for work already completed, provided the required cancellation and charging information was supplied before booking.

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once the full service has been completed and your statutory cancellation right has ended. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

You can enquire about gifting The Main Event, Back to Basics or The Holiday Edit, or discuss a bespoke gift. Alice confirms the details and sends bank transfer details by email. Your voucher is issued after payment; the voucher pictured on the website is illustrative.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase, with the exact expiry date shown on the voucher. Redeem it by booking the styling service before that date. Styling and delivery dates are subject to availability. Vouchers are non-transferable, with no discretionary extensions or exceptions to the six-month booking deadline. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

The gift covers the styling package only. Any clothing or accessories are purchased separately, so the recipient can set their own shopping budget.
