Tell Alice what you love, what you need and what makes you feel comfortable. There are no right answers, and you can skip anything you would rather not share.

Complete the sections that apply, then prepare an email to Alice. Review your answers and press Send in your email app. Answers are not saved online. You can also download a copy and attach it to an email.

Alice confirms availability and sends bank transfer details by email before your booking is confirmed. Delivery is within 7–14 working days once payment and your completed questionnaire are both received. Up to two rounds of amendments are included after delivery. Request each round within 48 hours of receiving that version of your lookbook; typical turnaround is 5–7 working days. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Include clothes, shoes and accessories you need to buy. For The Main Event, give your budget for the complete outfit; for other packages, give your budget for the whole edit. This is separate from Alice’s styling fee and helps her choose pieces within your price range.

For Back to Basics or a bespoke edit

As this is an online service, any key pieces you already own and want included need to be discussed with Alice before she creates your edit. Share photos or links in your questionnaire, along with their colour, fit and what you love about them.
